Returns & Health Guarantee
At Dickason Family Pomeranians, the health and well-being of every Pomeranian puppy we sell is our top priority. Due to the nature of live animal sales, all puppy purchases are final. However, we offer a limited health guarantee under specific conditions.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious hereditary or congenital condition within 10 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement puppy of equal value.
- Written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian required
- Condition must be hereditary or congenital
- Report must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
- Puppy must not have been injured or neglected
- All veterinary records must be provided
Refunds are not offered after delivery. In approved cases, we will provide a replacement puppy when available.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another available Pomeranian puppy.
